At Diffuze, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to deliver high-quality air and car fresheners to your doorstep. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except under specific circumstances outlined below.

Please note that all products sold are final sale. We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is delivered, except in the following rare cases:

✅ When Are Refunds or Replacements Allowed?
Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:
Damaged Product on Arrival
Non-functional Product (e.g., diffuser not working)
Wrong Product Received
To qualify:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must share clear photos or videos showing the issue along with your order ID.
We do not accept refund or replacement requests for:
Fragrance preferences (liking/disliking a scent)
Minor packaging dents or external wear due to shipping
Products that have been opened or used

Replacement product will be delivered within 7 working days.

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

💸 Refund Processing
If your request is approved:
The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
For prepaid orders only. COD orders may be refunded via store credit.

🚚 Shipping Charges
If a replacement is approved, Diffuze will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is denied or ineligible, shipping charges will not be refunded.
